This would make for an excellent memorial gift but I purchased it for myself as there are many I miss. I had wanted to record the chime but haven't had wind lately. I did capture day and night. The chime is very soothing. This seems well made so I expect it to hold up with the weather. It came in a beautiful box so gifting it to someone is a definite good idea. My only very minor dislike is the wire that connects the solar panel to the light. Wish they had figured a way to cover that up. From a distance it's not noticable. Too minor to consider returning it. The light does appear to look like glitter but it's just how it's made. It is multi colored not color changing. It's really a beautiful wind chime that can sooth away any grief or stress. Absolutely love it.

The wind chime is pretty during the day and the crosses look nice. At night, you can't really see the crosses, but the wind chime lights ups nicely. I'm happy with it.

I love this beautiful angel wind chime. Only thing is there is a plastic piece that runs down the top by one chain, other than that very satisfied. The sound is very serene.

I purchased this item to place on a Shepards Hook at the cemetery for my parents gravesite. I received them today and was trying them out this evening in my yard to ensure they were working.People in my neighborhood had made very positive comments how nice they looked with and without the lights on.I am very happy with this purchase.
