Great charger - easy to pack for holidays

Plugged it in as soon as it arrived. Orange light came on then went straight back off. Tried in different sockets and turned the wire round. Still didn't work. Felt a bit flimsy. Panic buy - should have read the reviews first!

I lost my official Nikon charger so decided I'd be cheap & bought this. A classic example of you get what you pay for - to second what another review said, the plug is very concerning, it is 3 pin but is very small & fits loosely in the socket. It doesn't wobble but is just a very loose fit.What is not a loose fit however is the battery space. You need the grip strength of Hercules to remove the battery from the charger.The charger gets relatively hot but not alarmingly so, although given the plug situation & tightness of fit I've stopped using it.It seems to work ok but given the potential safety concerns I don't trust it - also it takes a lot longer to charge than my official Nikon charger did & the battery charge doesn't seem to last as long...

Purchased as a replacement charger for a Nikon D500. Unfortunately, the slot isn't long enough for the battery, so unable to use for charging.I didn't open this right away, so timed out on a return. If you order, open and test immediately.

Kept it in charge for a while but it doesnt work.I should have expected this seeing the price.I do not recommend it.

Returned to amazon, didnt work and plug is not to UK safety standards.
