Linebacker II
Very interesting book for me as I supported Linebacker II on the F-4 flight line at Udorn, working long hard hours keeping our birds in the air for support. At that time I surely did not know what the BUFFs were doing, but remember seeing them in the air overhead and have a short video scene of them flying over. Into Hostile Skies gave me much more insight on the B-52s and what they did to help end this war. I salute all the B-52 crew members and will never ever forget Dec 18-29, 1972. I remember when the first POWs were released in Jan of 73 and great news it was. My tour was Aug-72 thru Aug-73. I have other great books on Linebacker II and man o man, what the general public just does not know. Today's generation simply does not have a clue. None. Nada. God bless ALL B-52 personnel!

Interesting read
An interesting read. Basically 3 stories followed by a brief history of the B-52. The b-book formatting was not very good however. I read on a iPad using the kindle app, and it was formatted poorly for that device. If that was better I would likely give the book 5 stars.

Interesting read, bad typography
First two stories were interesting as well as the third, although in different way than the previous ones. It would be much better experience if the Kindle version authoring would be done properly. I have had hard times to focus on the content because sloppy work of the typographer.

Poor quality print job
Rehash of same old material. More off duty material than actual missions. Poor quality print job. Had brownish putty like material between almost every page. Was not ink. Pictures are hard to make out any detail.

TDY’s REVISITED....
Liked the Nav School and Nav Bomb School summary. A nice journey into Arc Light Duty Days.
