Tablets came quite quick given it some time to leave a review. Since taking them after 5 weeks I have noticed an increase in energy, alertness, even the opposite I’ve slept better. I would definitely recommend this product. For background info I’m 34 and on the go all day do various jobs and full time too

The first time I bought maca was with this company, it was 10.000mg and had dark powder, a really good product! Then second and last bottle , the powder was not the same colour and I just could not see any result! So the 10.000mg with lighter colour powder was already bad imagine this one with 5000mg? Really no longer does work to me! Tried contact this company to ask if they still have with dark powder, but no feedback on the webpage and by email, its email is no longer working! Tried contact on another online site … they don’t accept messages! StrangeWill stop taking it as really don’t feel nothing, waste of money this time, something was made to change its colour from dark to lighter … as can’t feel any result compared when took it with dark powder!

Being female, I'm not concerned about this product's testosterone boosting properties. I'm more interested in it as an athletic performance-booster. This formulation (5000mg) contains two concentrated types of maca root - black and yellow - high in iron and iodine, and both are said to improve blood circulation, boost general health and the potassium supports the gaining of muscle. Contains ginseng and black pepper to help with absorption. This is a well-researched product, derived from Peruvian maca. Helping me with gym performance and I'm noticing my limbs and muscles are becoming better toned.Traditionally maca has been used to treat respiratory conditions, boost fertility and libido.

I've taken Maca periodically over the years and it's been a bit hit and miss for me. Some brands do nothing for me, some brands upset my stomach, and a very few others seem to work well for me.This one so far *touch wood* seems to fall into the latter group. Had no negative reactions and while I do feel as if I have a little more energy and my calf muscles are not as achy, that could be because of other supplements I'm taking (or Maca could be working well in combination with them) so far too early to say if it is these that are responsible. Could be a coincidence that I noticed improvements only after I started taking these though.I like the fact they have added Ginseng and Black pepper, maybe that makes the difference for my body liking it. The fact that they are a UK company is also a good factor as the ingredients will have been tested to ensure the quality. Pleased with them and will likely buy in the future.Capsules were normal size and easy to swallow. No after taste and they had a good expiry date.Really good value for a 6 months supply in my opinion.
