A great looking shift knob!
I did carbon fiber vinyl wrap on my Acura RL interior trim, and this shift knob is a perfect (almost) match. No, it's not actual leather, and no, the carbon fiber isn't real, but it still looks and works perfectly, and compliments my interior just right. Metric threaded to screw directly onto the shift lever.

Feels good on the hand, great match in color
Feels very good, it's just slightly smaller than the original. However the material looks great and it matches the rest of the tan interior for 2011 toyota.

Great value
Not sure if my wife's Highlander came with a black leather shift knob, but that is what it had when we bought it ten years ago. Ten years and well over 100k miles, it definitely needed replacing. I found this one in tan that matches the car's interior, which my wife likes better. It is smaller in size than the one we replaced but not awkwardly so. Very easy to install and my wife did it herself.
