i was sceptical when i bought something like this online. But the quality of this product suprised me so much. Quality and taste is into excellent level.I am buying again and again....

I hate to admit that until this purchase, I had only ever tasted and eaten dates that I bought from the convenience store. Honestly, I didn’t know that there were a variety of dates other than firmer or chewier. Out of my bag of convenience store dates, I always preferred the softer chewier ones so I thought I would try to see if there was a way to get just chewy dates (yes, I really didn’t know). Anyway, somehow my search led me to medjool dates and the description said they are soft and chewy. I decided on this brand because it had great ratings. I just received my bag today and squished the bag first (to see if they were firm or smooshy) and was happy since they felt to be on the smooshy side. However, when I opened the bag, I was intrigued but disappointed too. Intrigued because I didn’t realize the dates would be so huge and disappointed because they looked dry. But I took a bite and wow, they were soft and chewy! I am so happy!!! To me they are not super sweet like the convenience store dates but I still get enough sweetness, they are delightful to eat. I’ve only ever eaten dates right out the bag, I never knew people dip them in nut butter (?) but maybe i will try that one day. For now, I’m just pleased that I don’t have to rummage through the bag to find the soft dates because the entire bag is full of them! yay!!!

Most of the bags were fresh, but a couple were hard to chew. I will buy again.

First time trying dates, I thought they were the same as raisins so I never bought them. Ahem, so wrong! Don’t like raisins, love dates! They are so good, chewy and flavorful and the portion size is generous. Will definitely buy again!

Natural Delights changed their packaging to a stand-up pouch that allows the dates to be compressed into a solid patty. This may be fine for a store shelf, but is not ideal for the shipping bags used by Amazon. Will not order again unless they are shipped in a box.
