Cutting this to size takes some effort
After taking an chisel, hammer and half an hour finally managed to cut through the metal rod in the draft excluder so could attach to the door. Now it is on does the job great but ensure you are prepared for some graft to cut it to size.

Does the job, but DIY required.
It's a draught excluder, what more can be said? Except that you do need to cut it to size and that's very hard to do. but the one I have fitted does the job.
