I absolutely love this straightener brush! I rarely write reviews, but I love this too much not to. I have medium length, medium to fine hair, and this has been a life changer! It takes very little time to heat up, it’s easy to use, and it works. It’s better than a regular straightener to travel with because it doesn’t get too hot on the outside, and cools down quickly. I definitely recommend.

I have been seeing YouTube videos of guys using these heated brushes for beards. Figured I would give this one a try due to the ionic feature and swivel.My beard is naturally curly and a mess when I wake up or get out of the shower. Usually, I am perfectly content using my wife's blow dryer and a comb to get my beard straight. The "before" picture is straight out if the shower with a towel dry. If I don't do anything, it will dry poofed out and look a mess. The "after" pic is after just a few minutes using only this brush and beard oil. I am super impressed how easy this is to use compared to drying out my beard with a blow dryer. Beard is nice and soft, straight, and looks great! All without firing up the blow dryer early in the morning and making a ruckus.Steps I took:1) Heat to 4102) Dry beard with a towel very well3) Applied a very light coat of beard oil (already had just used beard conditioner in the shower)4) Slowly brush from top to bottom and repeat until desired straightness is reached5) Apply a good amount of oil/balm and brush through with a normal brush (or boar bristle)I did get some of my beard product burning a bit, but it wasn't too bad. I was too wary to try the highest setting (450) because of that.If you are looking for the BEST beard oil on Amazon, look no further than Bossman Jelly Beard Oil. I've been using it for a couple days and it is better than dozens of other oils I have tried. Affordable too!I highly recommend this brush with that beard oil. You can thank me later!

I bought this to straighten my wonky beard. It did fairly well, even though it wasn't specifically designed for beards. The teeth were a bit long and the profile is curved instead of straight. Still, it lasted a little over 3 years (used daily for at least 1 1/2 of those years while growing my beard out long). Yesterday it was working fine and today it just didn't turn on. It served me well, but I'll be replacing it with something just for beards :)

I bought this to compare to the Conair Infinity Pro that I already have because I want a smaller unit to travel overseas with. I am sad that the ion setting on this unit leaves my hair frizzier than before I used it. I don't know if I got a bad unit or if it just doesn't work in general. I have tried it with the heat turned off as well as on at the temperature recommended for my hair type and got the same result - frizz. For reference, I have baby fine, super thin hair that is wavy when dry and has ringlet curls when wet.If the ion function worked as well as the Conair brush, this one would be amazing. I received this hair straightener brush few weeks ago and I have used it around 7 times I would say. I always have to use a straighter when I wash my hair, otherwise it will be frizz and using a regular brush with a hair dryer is very hard for me. First I washed my hair and then I dried it with a hair dryer. Once is completely dry, I use the brush. I must say that I am very happy with the results; getting a straight hair without the frizz or the damage is spectacular. Its being easy to use with the swivel cord. Found substantially less hair breakage and pulled out hairs than with the flat iron and the blow dry blush. After the second baby, I have been loosing lots of hair; so I am always searching products that will minimize the damage. Another thing that I like is that it does not get too hot on the opposite side of the brush. I have tried straighteners brushes before and you have to be careful not to burn yourself. Also, I am done in 10 minutes! with a flat iron it used to take me 30 minutes at least.

I've had this brush for less than a week. I'd never considered using a straightening brush on my beard, but after seeing this product reviewed and recommended on a YouTube site for beards I thought I would give it a try. I'm amazed at how well it works in straightening my wavy beard, giving it a bit more length. By using it along with beard products, my beard looks more groomed and is definitely softer. So far I'm very happy with this product.*Update*I've had this brush for exactly a week today, but when I went to use it this morning I heard something rattling around inside it. The ionic feature and heat still work but I'm afraid to use it because I don't know what's going on inside. I don't want it to blow up or catch fire. After my shower this evening I noticed that the brush is coming apart. I'm taking away two stars for that. I'm returning it.**Updated Update**The seller contacted me regarding my first update and wanted to make things right. She offered to replace the defective product with a new replacement which she did quickly. I tried it and it works very well. I've added the two stars back from my first update. Once again, I am very happy with this product.
