Love my anxiety rings, they help my nervous tick throughout the day without being obnoxious or another thing to carry. Spinning is smooth, an the top is light a light sandpaper feeling so your finger grips to it a bit to spin it. The colors are very pretty as well.

I have been picking at my cuticles for my entire life. Have tried many ways to stop. These rings are the best solution that I have found. I keep one on my index finger and anytime I feel like picking or biting a cuticle, I spin the ring instead. I tried a few types of these rings, but these work the best for me. Highly recommend if you also struggle with finger picking or biting.

I ordered these for my daughter's birthday she absolutely loves them but they do run a little small ,little tight on her finger. I would order the next size up! They have very beautiful colorings!
