There are not many purchases I make where I immediately get a ton of use out of the purchase and it does the job perfectly - this backpack makes that list of purchases. I needed a backpack that I could easily fly with and commute on the subway daily to my office with. I did a ton of research and landed on this one. I’ve only had it two weeks, but so far it had met all of my expectations. It is exactly what I was hoping it would be. It looks good, has plenty of pockets and space for daily essentials like my laptop, wires, chargers, a packed lunch, paperwork. I’m completely satisfied with it.Update: 7 months in and it’s still great. The only issue I’ve had is that one zipper pull (aka zipper tag) keeps coming out of its zipper. I think I just need to hunt down a pair of pliers and close the gap where the pull is getting out. Otherwise, could not be happier with the backpack.

I really wanted to love this backpack, but it came with a dented hard shell and the inner zipper for the top compartment was noticeably slanted. These are not something you expect from a supposedly good bag, especially one at this price (which is still fairly expensive for what it is). Finally, processing the refund with Amazon is such a pain.

It’s unfortunate the pack ‘s shape was damaged. Otherwise it would be a 5 star pack.

Three of the zipper pulls broke off in less than a year; can’t use the bag anymore.

The front of the lite version backpack is bended inwards/ deformed. Ive order 3 different ones and all ate deformed. Do not purchase this model.
