First digital radio, still getting used to using SW, but miss those traditional tuning with knob,

First thing first. After ordering, when I received the product it was in a box, within a box, within a box! No safety packing. Also the ' operation manual ' was missing. Difficult to use a product with multi functional keyboard without a guide. I returned the product and got a replacement, intact, safe packing, and with the manual. Fantastic from the seller and Amazon. Why didn't they do a proper job the first time...The radio is a digital, looks decent, sturdy, has some heft and hope it lasts as good as it looks . The keys feels robust, with a smart click when pressed. The keys functional labelling is in white and red, or orange, difficult to see in low light conditions and for the elderly. That's a limitation. I again hope the label prints on the keys lasts and doesn't fade away.... The speaker is small and hence sound quality will be compromised, not bad, adequate volume for such a small radio, a bit bassy perhaps, talks and songs and music are decent and adequate. I am still going through the function and bands and to be frank, quite enjoying it.... The stereo ear phone is okay, but the long antenna is really nice and a welcome addition... I am using AA Duracell alkaline batteries, let's see how long do these ladts.....Update once I am well versed with the product.

Radio reception is super, and channel saved memory best, am, FM, and sw channels saved easily and erased also easy. No Bluetooth and no s d card option

Please don’t buy this product.. not worth the price at all plus no return option..waste of money .. I fell prey by buying ths product. V poor in signal catching …
