Funko Signature Games: Disney Haunted Mansion Magic Kingdom Park Edition

Haunted Mansion is one of my favourite Disney rides. The board game is very good too and fun to play, Well worth the money. Would recommend this seller and use them again

As other reviewers have said, the game seems complicated to start. After a quick orientation game or 2 and the rules are easy to follow. They seem overwhelming when reading the instructions so just have them on hand and run an orientation game and everyone gets it. My family really enjoys the game and there is a shocking amount of strategy to it and the game always brings out our competitive streak.

It takes a few minutes to really learn the rules, but once you do, it’s engaging for multiple ages and attention spans. The artwork is beautiful and has all of the key pieces of the ride present.

I got this for my wife who is a big Disney fan. The directions sound confusing and I was worried we would not like the game. However, once we got through one round of play we had the game figured out. We enjoyed it so much we played again later that day when family came over. Now that we know the basics we are trying to improve our strategies to win. My 14 year old daughter loves it. My 10 year old son had trouble staying focused the first time we played because the rounds were moving slow. I do believe if he plays again he'll like it more now that we are moving through the rounds faster.

A fun family game to be played by all. The game is different, so it adds to your excitement playing it.

Welcome, foolish mortals... to my quick review! Not sure if the Disneyland edition has the glow in the dark ghosts but I know this Magic Kingdom one does. I popped them under a light for about 20 seconds and then turned out the lights to see if they did glow. They do! Not sure that it matters, but ever since I was a little girl hiding with my glow in the dark plastic skull rings in my great Grandma's closet I've loved anything that glows in the dark! So for me it was a bonus lol if you play near a black light I'm sure they'd light up well! Other than that it's just a cool little novelty that they glow. The board, cards and pieces are all beautifully done. I have not had a chance to play it yet but once I do I'll come back and edit this to give some insight. I chose Magic Kingdom edition simply because I'm a native Floridian and that's the haunted mansion I've grown up with. Ok, that and I also read that the Disneyland one doesn't have the glowing ghosts 🤣 I love that the inside of the top lid looks like the ceiling of the stretching room! Based on looks alone, as well as quality, I've given this 5 stars. I may change that after game play but I'm hopeful that I'll be just as pleased with that as I am the quality of the item. It would be awesome if they'd make a Phantom Manor game too! (Paris Disney's version of the haunted mansion) I will update soon! With that said, I shall leave you with this for now... "Hurry back!
