The machine itself functions but the refillable white spray bottle is defective and only works for about a week and then it stops spraying. We exchanged once and the second did the same. I like the product if the spray bottle would actually work. Hoping seller can contact to support.

Agreed on many of the comments about how this seems rather cheaply made. But, the concept seems good. Will see how well it holds up over time.For those who have issues loading batteries, I found out the hard way that it's easy to do this, but it requires removing the "control unit" from the external shell/body. To do that, you'll have to remove the bottle, then press down on the tab that's holding the white control unit in place. Then you can slide down. Then, battery replacement becomes very easy.Next, for reloading liquid, I highly recommend using a funnel to load liquid into the bottle. Also, the fact that the bottle has a loading hole that's just open to ambient is a problem. I recommend putting a plug on it (I used an old silicone cap from god knows where, myself), to prevent the liquid from prematurely evaporating, or getting prematurely dirty. Finally, don't forget to prime before loading back into the body.Lastly, some observations: I was pleasantly surprised that the spray nozzle worked effectively the first time. I really hope it holds up over time. I absolutely love that it tracks the number of sprays.Using this unit to automatically spray rodent repellant in my storage unit, which unfortunately has a problem. Hopefully this holds up to its task. We'll see.

Set up is quick and easy. Simply insert the batteries, add the fragrance to the container and it is ready to use.The spray mechanism creates more noise than i think it should but not a big deal and certainly not a deal breaker. I hope to purchase another one of these for another location.Yes, I recommend this device.

This product was purchased to help mitigate the odor of cats and dogs. The device is easy to use and you get to supply your own scent in the refillable spray container. I use Air-Aroma scents. The unit's programmable LCD view time-setting are relatively easy to set. may need to run a felt tip pen over the lettering to make it more visible. seems durable. Have run it non-stop since receiving.

All the reviews are right batteries won’t go in and you dern near have to break it to take monitor off, very dissatisfied w for 35.00 of course the won’t take back if tampered with!!!!! This is very wrong to sell to the public! Err

Did not come with any spray. You have to purchase it also.

Works as intended and yes I struggle a bit to fit one of the batteries but not too bad! Will buy 2 more soon.Great product! Will update if anything changes

got two of these and they work great. yes the instructions are not so clear but if you have programmed a timer before you should be able to get this programmed, its not that hard!!!
