MASJR16 Plastic Jump Rope, 1" Height, 4.5" Wide, 17" Length, 16'

This rope is really long and durable. We only bought one but it is perfect for three kids to play with. You can also have two kids jump at the same time. It does hurt a little when you get hit with it but not so bad that the kids walked away crying. I would buy again.

this is an old-fashioned long jump rope. One person holding each end and one person jumping in the middle. My daughter is 8 and I donated some to her school. Not the boys and girls love them!

Thought this was a single person jump rope but it is not. It is for double Dutch. If your buying to play double Dutch you will need to order 2 of these.

The "16 sections on" refers to the fact that it is a 16 foot rope. The length is currently not specified anywhere in the item description. This is too long for a individual to use to skip rope, but would work if others are turning the rope for you. My rating is based on the fact that I was expecting a shorter rope.

The weight of the beads makes it easy for children to turn. I think it the plastic should hold up well.

Great for kids, this rope stands up to a lot of abuse. This "plastic bead" type seems a little bit safer too--less likely to end up wrapped around a child's neck. Good buy.
