Is working so far as a replacement in my Water Ridge single piece toilet I bought from Costco years ago. I had to adjust the arms on my flush button a bit, but otherwise it was a perfect fit. Installs just like other one piece flush valve. The noise of the flap closing does seem a bit louder or “abrupt” but that’s very minor to me.

When installing make sure you align the metal yoke properly in the base and DO NOT over tighten it. And be sure to separate the main body from the base when installing it (yeah it WILL come apart if you twist and pjll the two pieces) then you can seat the bottom (base) to the bottom of the tank.The yoke is metal but it connects to two plastic catches/lips at the bottom of the throat and they will distort or break if you over tighten the yoke screw. The black seal will stop water fro m leaking IF you clean the face of the drain where the base goes (yeah, it's yucky, but that brosnish goo is mostly sediment and floride). It won't hurt you if you clean it and then wash your hands. Attach the top half back on and adjust the blue float to its highest setting to start. Flush once and see how much water goes through. Too much, push the blue float down a little until the least amount of water necessary to get a clean bowl. For the one I replaced, this was an exact match and I had no problems with it.

I bought this generic model over half a year ago to replace the parts of my Swiss Madison toilet. This was my second choice since the Swiss Madison parts were out of stock. Surprisingly, it's been working well.

This is my first time replacing this style of flush valve and am not pleased with the lack of industry standards. They vary in height width so finding a exact replacement isn't easy. This one was the tallest I could find and really needed to be a inch or more taller. The width of the area that the buttons push on was not wide enough for mine to activate so it required me to make adjustments to the buttons in my lid which there really isn't any side to side adjustment. It works but barely. I really can't say that there is anything wrong with this unit it just isn't exactly what I needed. I would nuy again if I can't find a more correct fit. The unit it self does work perfectly.

Looking for an option to fit the Water Ridge toilets sold at Costco in the early 2010’s…this is it! Works just as good or better than the original.

Great and came quick easy to use and install

We have a " Eurostyle" one piece toilet called AQUA brand. Was told it was Italian but likely made in China. After perhaps 5 years in use was loosing water, I figured out it was the Flush valve stack seal . Could not find the part anywhere locally. After careful size checking I ordered this unit from Amazon USA ( since Amazon Canada did not have it except shipping from China). Arrived from Amazon USA faster than promised, took me 5 minutes to install and toilet fixed !! Thank you Amazon for great service !

Exactly what I was looking for

Perfect fit for my old WaterRidge one-piece toilet from Costco. It had a slow leak / drain into the bowl that would constantly top-up every few minutes. Nothing from any hardware store I went to would fit. I had to adjust the arms on the flush buttons on the lid to reach the buttons, but it was just a few turns by hand to make them longer, incredibly easy. No more problems now!

Worked well. The ring thingy could be bigger to secure to the tank and instructions were not easy to follow for me but I am an unhandy man..

I bought this to repair my Costco Water Ridge toilet but haven’t used it yet. The dump valve wasn’t holding so the toilet was always filling off and on all day. I matched up a silicone dump valve seal at Home Depot and it fixed my problem but I will keep this as backup as we have two of these toilets.
