The listed states its for a 1500 Dodge ram and after doing my research, I found it has the same part number as the units for a 2009 Dodge 3500. Purchased for my brothers truck and it was super easy to install. Fit perfectly and really just plug and play to factory plugs. No need for extra harness that came with it. Front wheel well has a plug you remove to access the small 10mm nut on the bottom of the headlight threaded bolt and the top part fits into a plastic insert. Two other 10mm bolts on the other side of the headlight and just pull hard to disengage the headlight from the plastic insert. This model truck has the front grill mounted to the hood so there is nothing to remove to access the fasteners holding the one side of the headlight units. They were also $200 less than any other supplier for the same units. Took the truck's looks to a whole new level and the brightness/style is awesome. Lets see how long they last...

Shipping box was actually OK. Damage appears to have occurred before it was boxed up. For such a perceived high quality part I expected better quality control.
