Had a problem, they fixed it immediately.
These were just what I wanted. Right size, sturdy, and good looking. Unfortunately, I got six containers, but only five bottoms. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a whole new packet. I would have been content with just a single bottom, but they went above and beyond. I suddenly found more uses for them. Thank you.

Large and moderately sturdy
These are a very generous size. Perfect for our needs. Sturdy considering the material. Not as strong as a milk-crate types bin but for fabric/cardboard they are sturdy. Will be buying more.

Looks nice but its not meant for heavy things or a lot of little things that end up being heavy.

Nice but not sturdy
Couldn’t get them to stand without looking like they were going to cave in. No bottom piece to place in bottom to strengthen the box.
