Does this brand make a berberine with milk thistle for better absorbtion? Does this contain fillers?

This Berberine is the best combination you can buy as it has three appetite control ingredients, the Berberine, cinnamon and Chromium. Paired with Inositol you have a combination that can make you indifferent to food instead of craving it.  Take 500mg each of the two (Berberine and Inositol) before you eat- about 5-10 minutes - so it can begin to absorb. Then eat  a low carb, protein and vegetable rich meal ( No potatoes). Add some good fats like peanut oil  or oil olive oil on your salads and the weight will drop off. Be careful with fruit consumption- as the carbs add up fast. You need to limit eating to three times a day (your regular meals) and add 2 snacks of dairy rich foods for calcium. Use Fairlife milk which has most carbs removed or have a cheese stick. Look at the caloric value of what you are choosing and make sure you eat at least 1200 calories a day. Exercise of brisk walks help you lose the weight too- get out and move.  The above supplements tell your body to burn fat not store fat and stabilize your blood sugars. But you must watch your carb intake as a carb binge will derail the weight loss and start more carb binging urges.  The above are the main ingredients in GOLO before they cheapened it by lowering the dosage. The bottles say no fillers, only a vegetable capsule. I have lost on average 10 lbs per month on the this Berberine brand, and the NOW brand Inositol 500mg (orange label). So far I am near a 50 lb weight loss with no ill affects. I have perfect labs at the age of 68. I used to be a fat slob and now am not. I have a PhD and have worked in the medical field my whole life. My personal physician is now on these two supplements and losing weight too.  As to milk thistle, I think these capsules need no help to absorb and anything else added is a waste of your money. Take them BEFORE you eat, take them three times a day so you have consistent blood levels and watch your carbs. If you are a slow metabolizer you may get a cumulative effect at some point so skip a dose now and then. Listen to your body. Hope this helps.
