Simplemente genial. Es un libro básico para entender los bioprocesos. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. En algunos temas trae pocos ejemplos pero la teoría está perfectamente explicada

The book itself is more or less okay in terms of the writing. Haven't spotted missing pages yet. What I take issue with is that given the price, the page quality should have been better. I was expecting colored diagrams as well given the pricing. But the newspaper-like feel and thinness of the paper was the bigger disappointment.
