Perfect size. Comfort is great. Favorite neck pillow.

Bought this for plane trip but have also been using it for watching TV and reading in bed. Great support ..didn't even know I needed it until I started using it! And nice because it's not petrol based synthetic. No ominous warnings like "known in California to have adverse health risks" etc!

the shape is good and versatile. the material is very nice. just be aware it arrives VERY full of buckwheat hulls. this is good, since you can adjust the comfort level, but bad for that very reason: you have to store the extra buckwheat hulls somewhere because you will need them later on. a word to the wise.

Zippered covers for liner and outside makes fullness adjustment easy if needed.

For me, this pillow isn't big enough. And,it's not buckwheat hulls. it is little hard pellets of something. There are so many pellets in it that it is too hard so I needed to take some of them out. To make this type of pillow work, you need to take enough pellets out so that your neck can make a comfortable little dent to rest in but the pillow isn't big enough for this to work. I have had Sobokawa pillows I used on my bed and that was real buckwheat hulls. This isn't. I'll work with it to try to get it the right size and it does give support. Also, the cover was so tight that it made the pillow harder. I took that cover off and put another one I had on it.

So much more supportive ( and healthier) than foam! Could be a little fuller around the back put of the neck but it's still awesome!!

This is the most uncomfortable headrest I have ever tried. I bought it but didn't use it for a while and it was too late to send it back. Hard as a rock; not pliable at all. Did not conform to my neck at all.

I took a 8 hour flight and it worked perfectly, I just had to remove some of the stuffing so it wouldn’t be too stiff .

This thing is made for a very small child! If you're not getting this for a small child then don't bother with this product, even if you're a small sized adult, I promise you're waaaaaay too big for this pillow.It does look and feel well made and I like the bag it came in so it's very disappointing that this is SO small. I gave it 2 stars because the quality looks good and they didn't skimp on the buckwheat, it's packed full! But I can't get past how small this thing is so it's completely useless to me.

All as expected

First way to small. Have used a Buckwheat Neck Rest for years. It has to be at least twice the size. Waste of money. Also, you shouldn't have to disassemble taking out 2 cups of buckwheat to soften. Fail to understand why the Producer does not do a Functionality test. If the proper size with the right amount of fill, apart from a Travel Pillow it can be a life saver for neck pain. I rated it as a 4 even though it's a 1 so this review will get read. A suggestion is to CHANGE THE RATING SYSTEM as when its 5 Numbers, it spreads the utility of the grading system. It should be as simple as YES or NO for value & functionality!!!!
