Browns bread so well on both sides.
Love love love this pan. I make simple baguettes and they get so nicely browned on top and bottom. Very even browning.

I feel almost professional
I have finally (FINALLY) cracked the code to baking crusty baguettes! This pan is great. My only complaint is that it is shallower than I realized.

Works great
Got this pan to try to make sourdough baguettes on and it worked great. I put it right on the rack, was able to get a nice brown, crisp crust all over, size wise of the pan was the same as a regular baking sheet, durability seems sturdy but with the dough added was a bit wobbly/bendy so would recommend either putting it on top of a baking pan for more durability during moving or must use two hand when taking in/out of oven. Had this in the oven for around 40 min didn’t see any issues with it would definitely buy again

Baking French baguette bread
Perfect for Baguette baking. I did spray with baking pam spray. Bread kept it's shape.

Use oil to store. Finish was not great.
I use this to proof baguettes before baking. It makes transfer to your oven, or baking stone easier. There is probably a better way, but as a beginner, this is working for me. I noticed mild corrosion very soon after use. Maybe the third use. Not a lot, but I did not expect any rust so soon. Oil stopped more corrosion, but the finish of this product is not great. It still does the job I guess. I really just need to learn how to properly proof and transfer proofed loaves.
