Easy to put together after taking everything out of the box, no issues either. Tested it out on one side of the house and it cleaned perfectly. Highly recommend so far!

The pressure washer came very well packaged, and all items were accounted for. It was very easy to set up and use. And it works very well, especially when cleaning off our back patio pavers.

I have a Dewalt electric power washer with just over 2000 psi that just didn’t quite have the power needed to clean all of my sidewalks and driveway, so I upgraded to this. It was exactly what I needed. Tons of power, runs great, starts easy, very light and easy to move around. However, I would HIGHLY SUGGEST not buying the surface cleaning attachment bundle. It was AMAZING for the first 5 minutes until it suddenly started spinning super slowly and just making crazy lines on the sidewalk. Checked YouTube. And a ton of people had the exact same problem. It says up to 3700 psi, but that’s incorrect. 3300/3400 psi is too much and the pressure bends it to where it no longer spins like it should, making it totally useless. I would highly recommend buying this power washer, but buying a different surface cleaning attachment elsewhere.

When you live in a deed restricted community that has a homeowner's association, certain things are inspected and expected every year. This includes getting rid of any mold or algae and siding and driveways that comes from oak trees, dead leaves, humidity, etc., all of which happens to homes in my neighborhood. Most of my neighbors hire someone to pressure wash their houses/driveways at least once a year. I, on the other hand, have always been a do it yourselfer, and rationalize that doing a job yourself and not paying for someone else's labor, pays for the tool after a couple of uses. Since I am on a cornerlot, I have twice the sidewalk as my neighbors. Thus, the purchase pays for itself. After hours of internet research, I picked this one, because it had good reviews/ratings, and was the best bang for the buck, as it had the pressure to meet all my residential needs. Additionally, while researching, I learned that GPM was equally as important, as are the larger wheels and taller handle for easier mobility. NOTE: I am not one to read manuals. However, I would recommend doing to when it comes to operation. It is not hard to use, but needs to be done in a certain order, including minor maintenance storage. It cleans everything well, especially windows, but getting too close to walls will take paint off. So, no need to go larger.

I was looking forward to using this pressure washer as Simpson is one of the top brands in the business. I received the pressure washer and everything arrived intact. It was simple to assemble and instructions were easy to follow. Added oil and gas and it was ready to go. Easy start up and was working great until it wasn't. Engine shut off and would not restart. I then discovered the spark plug wire had come unattached and when I checked it, the inside of the plug fell out. Unfortunately this could not be repaired and now I have to go to a service center for a warranty repair. A WARRANTY REPAIR AFTER 5 MINUTES IS UNACCEPTABLE. Now I have to wait 3 weeks or more for the repair. A NEW pressure washer that has to be repaired should be replaced and if not then a significant refund should be issued! This is the chance you take buying online and my advice would be to buy locally for this exact reason. Had customer service been authorized to replace the unit rather than repair the unit I would have no issues but now I am afraid this unit may give me problems for as long as I have it. **Update: I wish this was a happy ending update but as of today October 7, 2024, my NEW pressure washer is still with the Authorized Repair Center. After repeated calls, trips to the shop, conversations with warranty, the issue is still unresolved. I keep getting the same response, we are waiting on a part. No one has reached out to me to keep me in the loop during the process, the only way I get information is when I seek it out myself. I have been very patient but no one seems to care. At this point I just want a refund so I can go purchase another unit. I will keep you updated so that you may learn from my experience.

I have owned other pressure washers and the Simpson Cleaning 3400 PSI is by far the best one I have owned. It has sturdy construction and the light weight makes it easy to use. It does a great job in removing mold and mildew from my deck and sidewalk areas. I higher recommend it.

This is ideal for my situation, I have a large house and a long concrete driveway. The 3400 psi is more than enough for the job. I would say this is just one step below the commercial cleaners. It was easy to assemble and easy to start (Honda motor). I also purched a 15 inch surface cleaner for the driveway. My 35 year old daughter, who is small, did most of the driveway with little effort. I would definately recommend this power washer for any homeowner. The price was excellent for a 3400 psi washer. I attached a picture of what it did for my driveway.
