Good quality!
Surprisingly good quality! My dog is a huge chewer and she hasn’t destroyed this yet! She has so much fun with this even though she hasn’t figured out how to drop the ball in herself. We only use it on the shortest setting inside. I think it doesn’t run as well on the really long settings but I can’t speak to that much. When you drop a ball in it does have an “engine roaring up” noise, but it’s completely silent otherwise. The tennis balls it comes with are great and durable! If your dog destroys them like mine, you can easily replace them with any other small tennis balls. You do have to be careful about slobber.

Love it!
The media could not be loaded. Just got this today, but so far it seems great! I love the way the product looks and works, the packaging had great design too! Seems a lot more durable than our previous ball launcher that pooped out on us. It’s also a lot more quiet and launches the ball more upwards than in a straight path which I prefer. My dog was immediately obsessed. Our previous ball launcher used a small 1.5 diameter ball, which those balls seem to work in this machine as well just fine, but I do prefer the 2 inch balls that this machine is made to use! I like that the 2 inch ball is smaller than a regular tennis ball but larger than the balls that the iFetch uses. Perfect size for my corgi! I would highly recommend so far. If I have any issues I will be sure to update my review, but initially this machine seems superior to every machine that I’ve seen before. Also the bowl to drop the ball into on top is a nice size compared to others. Makes it easier for my dog to drop the bal into it. Seems like it’s really well and smartly made. Both my pup and I are super happy so far!

Great Idea, Terrible Design
I was just excited about getting this as my pup was to play with it. Unfortunately, it's an unusable design. If the ball even SLIGHTLY gets wet (it's in the dogs mouth, how would it not), the product stops working. The ball goes into the shooter system, attempts to shoot, and is stuck until you manually remove it. Also even if the ball is slightly wet, you also lose your range completely. The 10, 20, 30 feet is all just 5 feet at that point. We just got this in the mail an hour ago, and after 6-7 launches it's already useless because the ball just jams in the system and needs intervention. Will be returning tomorrow.

Definatley for a child to do.
I bought this during a call with amazon customer service. Because this being the 2nd one I bought because the first one has small mini tennis balls. I explained I have big dogs and cannot use the small size, they could choke. She convinced me this is the right size. So when I got it, looked nice, had a remote, sturdy, but SMALL balls! It had to go back. Now Im waiting for the new one to get shipped. Perfect outdoor toy for energetic pups. If you teach them correctly, they can do that all by themselves. I love this! This particular one though should be for small to medium dogs. Well worth the money, but I personally need the large one.

Comes with balls
The media could not be loaded. My dog loves this ball tosser. We just got it but I am going to train her to put her own ball in there. It does make a little noise but that’s to let you know it’s getting ready to shoot out. My dog knows when it’s about to shoot out so she backs up haha. It comes with a remote and has 4 levels. The 4th one is just random so it shoots out all distances. The only thing I don’t like much is that you have to wait a bit before putting another ball inside, I wish it could hold multiple. Also, if the ball is wet then you need to keep wiping it down because it won’t shoot the ball out far. Like what dog doesn’t wet their ball? Anyways, overall it keeps my dog entertained. I just sit there and put it in for her but soon she will be doing it on her own. I can’t wait. I recommend it.

A little pricey but the dogs enjoy it
This was a little pricey but we decided to splurge. The only downside is the balls don’t always go the exact distance you set it at after a few “throws”. The dogs don’t fully understand how to use it yet, but they do enjoy waiting for the machine to throw their balls!

My dog loves it!
I purchased this ball launcher recently for my furry boy, and I have to say it has been great so far, my dog loves it! It is functioning well, and keeping my pup engaged and entertained for a bit while, providing a much-needed outlet for its endless energy. The design and color is appealing too. Need to point out that the balls included are smaller than the regular tennis balls, I had read the reviews so it hasn't been an issue for us. Overall, this item has exceeded my expectations.

Broke after 3 months of use
My puppy loves this machine. Her little body wiggles with anticipation as she hears the motors rev up.Unfortunately, this machine was short lived. We started to hear a dunk dunk dunk sound when the ball launched and it wasn’t launching nearly as far. I noticed that one of the two wheel was not spinning. I took it apart and the wheel broke off the shaft of the motor. Tried to super glue it, but didn’t work. Disappointing considering the cost.
