This is an adorable bag. My daughter's favorite Sanrio characters and just perfect. Cute fabric inside. Actual item is exactly as pictured. Seems well made. Love the shimery white faces. One thing to note is the material of the pink part is not like a smooth vinyl or imitation leather type, like most of the other bags are. The black part is, but the pink is kind of a spongy/foam type of texture. I don't think it's fragile, but only time will tell and she's only had it a few weeks. It's not what I was expecting, and not a negative IMO, but just thought I'd share that detail. I wonder how well it would clean if it got dirty. Perhaps a magic eraser would work, not sure. Still, it's really cute and I'm happy with the purchase.

It’s exactly like the picture
It is amazing! It’s a great quality product. The size is very good. Not too big not too small. Can hold and fit a lot of things. The appearance of the product is very good. The durability is great. Made out of good leather and cleaning is very easy since it is made out of that leather of wet paper towel can just get off all the dirt and stuff. I recommend this product a lot I know it’s a little pricey but it is definitely worth it!

I love this bag so much, all the details are perfect, the colors the ears, the GLITTER on the faces. It’s easily one of my favorites added to my collection, and we’ll be my new daily carry for a while. You will not be disappointed with this bag. I also got the matching wallet and it is a perfect set. Plenty of room inside to hold all my essentials, keys, wallet, tamagotchis, Nintendo switch, makeup, and a mask, And there’s still more room. Very happy with this bag.

It’s a really nice bag, feels nice and quite strong, only issue is the pocket on mine is misaligned and wonky, so it looks like I’ve got a factory second at full price. There’s no option to message for help, just the choice to return it and as I live in another country to the shipping company it’d take forever and I will probably end up out of pocket. Maybe I was just unlucky
