Barbell Neoprene Dumbbell Weights Pairs & Sets | Multiple Colors

I recently purchased a pair of 20 lb neoprene-coated dumbbells and have been thrilled with their performance. Despite being kept outdoors, the neoprene coating has maintained its integrity, showing no signs of becoming "sticky" or degrading. The dumbbells are of great quality, demonstrating excellent durability against the elements. They offer an excellent grip, making workouts comfortable and efficient. These 7 lb dumbbells are perfect for my home workouts, especially for arms and light strength training. They feel comfortable in my hands and have a good grip, so they don’t slip even when I sweat. Great quality and exactly what I needed for my routine.

One of the best dumbbell sets I've ever used. I'm 31 and starting to get back into my fitness journey. The 10lb dumbbell set is perfect! It fits perfectly in my hands, and it doesn't feel slick like you're going to drop it at all. Very sturdy too. It is great for upper-body workouts or doing some RDLs. I use it with the FitbyMik workout tutorials on YouTube. You would be surprised how much two 10lb weights can change your physique. Overall, highly recommend!

The stand is a little light, looks cheap and not very sturdy but the weights are great !

Bought a set of 15 lb. dumbbells to increase the weight for my daily routine. The weight is accurate and the neoprene covering is very smooth and even, a step up from my other neoprene dumbbells that have a seam in the handle area. It should be noted that this set of 15 lb. dumbbells does have a slightly larger grip than others I use. I have big hands, so the larger grip is fine for me, but individuals with smaller hands may find the slightly larger grip uncomfortable).

While I am working outback at Planet fitness, I have several ligaments tears in my shoulders and at the insertion of one bicep. While I can work bench press machines at 100lbs+, I am also looking to develop the auxiliary muscles in my shoulders, by working on a bench with dumbbells of much less weight like these. I get two benefits from this: 1. It engages the minor muscles and encourages ligament “healing” to a degree so that I can lift in better form. 2. It lets me start the lift from a lower point that stretches the joint more. The effort with the machines starts from a higher point. This is like taking the bottom position of a push-up loser to the ground. Now this is my special reason for doing these relatively low weights, but for other people who need to use these weights as a starting point, I think the CAP dumbbells are about the best priced and high quality.
