I’ve accidentally swallowed whole jolly ranchers before. I take 750mg pill on a daily basis. I STRUGGLED taking this one, nearly choked the first time, didn’t notice anything different in my appetite, too scared to try it again after almost choking but also they tasted disgusting while you have it sitting in your mouth trying to swallow 😅

This product did not work for me. I had to throw it out because it caused so much gastric distress! Maybe other people will have better luck!
