I read the reviews of this product and I wasn't too sure, but I decided to measure my thighs as accurately as possible and then looking at the size advice I went for size small. I got one of each colour.Fortunately they fit, not too tight and not loose. I tried on the nude and walked around and they did stay put. With me, there's always a small risk that they may ever so slightly roll down at the rear of my thigh and that's because I need to wear them very high up unfortunately to tackle the area that causes me the problem. However, with a bit of adjustment on the thigh I believe I've resolved the possibility of any rolling occurring. Then I realised that when trying on with shorter shorts they showed, so I reduced the overall length by folding the material as shown in the photo and luckily that was fine!The material is silky soft so clothing should move around without bunching up. The silicone on the inner side is soft but I'm sure in time will start to degrade as this sort of thing always does. Maybe with a bit of care and gentle hand wash only, it might help prolong the life of this product. Fundamentally, they are a god send if they fit and work for you. I've always struggled with inner thigh rubbing especially in the summer no matter what size I was. So for me it's either wear these or expensive surgery!

Way too small. And the silicone on the legs is not adhesive enough to actually stick to your legs...after 10 mins of walking the slide down

Good quality, comfortable, hardly notisable, fits well,doeant slide, a it does what its designed for! I was woried I'll sweat underneath them in very hot weather but I didn't. I defenetly recommend them

Did what it said but haven’t worn for long time period or washed yet ??

Grat idea and i thought I was going a size down reading the reviews but I would still need a smaller size.

I originally bought some from John Lewis but they discontinued them. So these were the next best thing. I am so amazed by them and cannot help but rave about these and will definitely be re-purchasing (when the usual wear and tear occurs) and a spare pair for inbetween washes. I would highly recommend using the sizing chart to pick a size - I was sceptical but in the end chose the right size for me. They’re not too thick and stay perfectly in place and the price is also reasonable.
