Jounjip Plastic Welder Boot Tips (2Pc) for Jounjip or Gino Brand 80 Watt Plastic Welding Kits - 1/4"-28 Thread

I love these boot tips along with the whole Jounjip line of plastic welder stuff. So many plastic things break in a way that this welder can fix. It gives you the power to keep stuff out of the dump sites (green power), and helps you save money by not have to buy a new "whatever you are fixing." Excellent build quality! Excellent customer service! I've found reasons to own all of the tips i own. Depending on the fix, certain ones do a better job. The boots tend to add just the right about of material for straight line cracks, and the result is pretty clean. Like anything it takes a little practice (I practiced on my garbage can lid that someone drove over).

I kept receiving the wrong tips three times in a row, so I basically ended up going to the actual website and I emailed jounjip customer service directly. I explained the problem and they said there was a mix-up with the labeling and the wrong tips. Long story short it was completely hassle free and they sent me the correct tips. I will say this is excellent customer service. Jon from the company even followed up to see if I received the tips and it was to my liking. Once again excellent customer service excellent company

This worked great with my Allturn PWK-80 plastic welding gun. Allturn does not sell these separately so this Jounjip product is one of the few choices available. I was repairing yet another John Deere lawn tractor hood made of polycarbonate and needed this tip to feed the 3mm polycarbonate rods. This tip is not absolutely necessary to weld the PC rods but is does make a cleaner weld than using a spatula tip - at least with my skill level. This seems way overpriced but good luck finding it cheaper. Four stars because it works great but is dang expensive for what you get.

Did not like the way using just the regular tip that came with my Jounjip Plastic that I bought it looked like a cheesey repair. I bought this so I canfeed the pastic welding rod thru the weld lookes a lot better but seemes you will neverget it perfect.
