A heat wrap that works!
I love placing this heat wrap in the microwave, then across my shoulders. It is soooooooooo relaxing and soothing. After I used it, I bought one for my daughter. Great gift!

MELTED IN THE MICROWAVE !
Yes the fabric melted in the microwave. Christmas present for my 92 year old mother because she had neck pain. Why would anyone make a product that is to be used in a microwave and have the fabric fail. Not worth the $40 bucks. Don't purchase this product.Emilie

Not Comfortable around neck
Lavender scent is fine, but the 'Neck Wrap' is so stiff and unpliable, it doesn't comfortably 'wrap' around my (small) neck. Packaging is lovely.
