Update: I did order a second one because it is for a gift and the second one came on the usual packaging card explaining the bracelet. The customer service responded very quickly took care of the first one. I really appreciated their quick response and making it right.I was disappointed. Came in an already ripped open bag with no card that identifies what this Lokai bracelet supports. My daughter loves Lilo and Stitch so I bought her the “Ohana” means family bracelet. But I cannot give this to her without a card. Was it used? Who knows. I couldn’t find this one anywhere in stores this was the only place I could find it. I would have thought the Lokai store would have new bracelets attached to cards.
