This machine is so quiet, in the first couple of weeks, I would repeatedly check that, yes it has started, yes it is going through the wash cycle. The door is easy to use, my last machine was so cluncky (eventually the door hinge broke). Did I say it was quiet! I like the floor display - as you walk through the kitchen I can see how much longer the cycle has to run. The alert sound when the was has finished is great - I can hear it through the house. I’ve not yet done a night wash, but understand the alert automatically switches off. Nearly didn’t say - it washes well. One little niggle - select your program, but it doesn’t display the temperature, so I use one of the buttons to cycle through the temp. options, just to check it’s what I want. Installed by Amazon - it was difficult to fit, the guys had to remove some wood/ re drill holes for pipe and the integrated door. Great machine, great service. Top marks.

It does what you expect a Bosch to do. It's efficient and quiet. Good to have a larger capacity than my last machine. Good to have a 5 year guarantee as well! It is slightly larger than my last machine, so watch the space you have.

Had a Bosch washing machine before so ordered the nearest equivalent model I could find. Installation easy and impressed with the updated features. So far all is ok. My only concern is it is not as quiet as the previous model (15 years) old. Machine is stable no movement when spinning but the drum appears to have a lot of movement. Correct I don’t know?

It's definitely a disaster even terriblee. Don't order it. I ordered one washing machine and one dishwasher. This is the situation after installation. I contacted Amazon's support team. They say we can return the machine if we want. What happens if you return the machine? I have a pool in my house right now.

We finally replaced our 18-year-old John Lewis Badged/Bosch washing machine. I was fed up with removing flakes of Dylon dye on my laundry, years after I had stopped dyeing fabrics and garments in the machine. The washing is definitely cleaner and I appreciate the remaining time being projected onto the floor. It’s great being able to check from the kitchen doorway how long until the program finishes. As the WHICH review mentions the door is a bit stiff to open and I find the Touch controls a little unresponsive, but these minor niggles are not enough to lose a star.

After having several different makes of noisy rattling washing machines this one is fab. It’s so quiet we forget it’s on some times till we hear the bleep when finished. We also like that it displays where the cycle is & time left on the floor so we don’t have to open the cupboard door to check. No bad points noted yet as only had a few weeks

Good stuff

The installation was terrible, they damaged my door and also put the door on wonky. The washing power isn't great and I always found I'd need to wash at 60oc to get a decent clean. I had been using the same cleaning products as with my previous machine. Now not even 5 months later and its developed a fault. The compartments aren't draining properly, which seems to be a known issue in Bosch machines these days. I'd tried to drain and clean the tray but the issue wouldn't resolve. Thankfully Amazon have been fab and I'm able to return it for a refund. I will be avoiding this brand in the future! Now I have to go through the pain of buying another machine arghhh
