Very good but no scent.

While the rest of you are rubbing this on your feet and elbows, we have discovered its most amazing application yet. It's the BEST lube we've ever used! It holds up, is not greasy and does not change consistency, lose its effectiveness or get sticky. Give it a try and push it to the limits!Worth noting, I noticed many reviews mentioned strong smell, ours is nearly odorless. Not sure if batch consistency is not there, but ours has very little odor. I actually wish it had more of a smell to it.Happy exploring!

Don't panic when you first see the actual product. Its not a cream or a lotion. Its a balm...kind of wax-like. A little goes a long way, no need to scoop up a large amount. I use an amount about the size of a pea-maybe a tad bigger, rub it between my fingers and then gently apply all around my face. Initially, it feels kind of greasy. Absorption isn't instant, it takes some time which is why I use this before bed. My goodness...my skin is softer than baby-soft in the morning when I wake up! It feels soft, smooth and wonderful but even better, it looks soft, smooth and dare I say it...younger? It keeps my dry, sensitive skin nice and moisturized all throughout the day. Even calms and soothes the my eczema.Its not only for the face. I only tried it once but I rubbed it into the bottom of my feet which are so dry and cracked, they look like funky fish scales. Didn't heal everything completely but that one use made a huge difference. My husband likes to use it on his dry, rough elbows. It can also be used on lips and hair (use it as a leave-in on hair) but I've not yet tried either.There is a bit of a scent that I can't quite place. The info above says, 'almond, sweet basil, peppermint, and rose hips' but I just don't detect any of those scents. Its not unpleasant and its also not long lasting, it fades quickly.I've used Hanz de Fuko products before and am a fan. I like that this is an all in one for skin, hair and lips. It works great, has wonderful ingredients and only a small amount is needed per use making the price reasonable.

I do really like this product, as I haven't had much experience with balms and it was really fun to experiment with. It is really thick, so great at moisturizing my dry feet, which look so much happier and less chalky afterwards. I also like it on my hands, although they need a lot less help than my feet. I have also used it on my lips and I like it a lot, as it's sort of a chapstick consistency to begin with and lasts a long time to protect your lips. I don't mind it on my face either - it feels like it is creating a protective barrier. I am not entirely sold on using it in my hair as a leave in conditioner. I think I would prefer it as a regular conditioner that you rinse out. There is a bit of a citronella scent as well that dissipates fairly quickly.My one hesitation is that I have other products that are meant for my face, hands, lips, and hair that probably all work better. For my feet... This might be the best thing in my house right now. I think this would be a great travel product if space is an issue and you only have room for 1 product.

Upon first reading the various oil ingredients contained in this Hanz de Fuko Butter Balm I was impressed, almond, sunflower, avocado argon and Graveseed oils as well as Shea butter. These ingredients all lend to keeping moisture in the skin , smoothing and soothing as well.Upon first opening jar I thought, looks like Vaseline, but it is definitely not petroleum based product. As soon as my fingers touched the product I could feel it melting to the warmth of my fingers and become creamy. It spreads onto skin smoothly, absorbs into pores quickly and leaves a soft smooth skin texture with not a hint of greasiness.The scent of this nourishing moisturizer is interesting. To me at first sniff I thought of springtime, that fresh new botanical scent.I believe I read the word herb in the write up, yes, I can see it called that too but to me it is fresher and more pleasant than an herby scent and does not linger.I tested on top of one hand then compared it to opposite hand, definitely a difference. Brought hydration to my skin and oh so smooth. I began using it on heels , feet, arms and legs, it really works anywhere. They say it can be used as stay in hair conditioner but I have not tried putting it onto my hair.In all I like this product very much.

The media could not be loaded. This smells so lovely and it’s very subtle too, definitely not overpowering. I love how I can use this for almost anything.I first removed my waterproof mascara effortlessly. Then after cleansing my face and applying my serums and creams, I used this as an overnight sleep mask. And when I woke up the next day my face was glowing and hydrated.Also before bed, I rubbed a thick layer of this on my heels and put socks on. By morning my feet were crack free and silky smooth.This stuff can be used for so many things. I especially like it for my knees and elbows too.Just put a small amount on your fingertips, and when you rub them together it melts into an oily cream.Overall, I’m extremely happy with this and will definitely order more when I run out. I’ve used similar butter/cleansing balms from other brands and have paid way more than this stuff, and this is just as good- if not better. There’s no need to pay more for other brands. This stuff is quality.
