Hmmmm...who names a book with a title like that? But it does get your attention. I thought it might just be pure porn but it's actually not. It is erotic and the characters, once together have a lot of steamy sex. But it's also a love story despite Cole's best efforts to prevent it..denial is a good way to go, yeah? Hailey has been under his skin since he first laid eyes on her. In a family of evil manipulators, she's the good one. The good girl with a moral compass, notably missing from her parents. They are first brought together when her father hires the Horus group to " fix" the problem when a hooker is found dead after being with him. He knows she's off limits but can't stop thinking about her. She is having the same problem but thinks he dislikes her because he's disapproving, stern and cold with her. Little does she know that's just his way of dealing with a off limits attraction. Then her oldest sister gets caught giving the Vice President a blow job, there's a video out...the press won't leave her alone and her boss suggests she work from home. As she's trying to slip out the back, Cole is there with his disapproving self, waiting outside the door to take her to her father's estate, which she vetoes. She can't stand her father and his law flaunting ways. And then it gets a little hotter as Cole finds he just can't quite walk away.Warning, this is a hard to put down kind of book. Be prepared.

Yes, there are disturbing themes such as rape and incest and there are bad words. Get over it. He's an ex-Seal who partners with other sexy, alpha ex-military men who deal with real life disturbing issues. The negative reviewer claiming it was bad because her parents were terrible? Also real life, sweetie. I thought the book was awesome with a lot of erotic scenes that are so well-written, you'll be panting; plus intrigue and danger that will leave you holding your breath. The chemistry between Cole and Hailey is sizzling before and after they consummate their relationship. The sizzle never stops.This is a fairy-tale born out of darkness, with a warrior prince and a snarky, smart princess who find their HEA after a lot of dragon-slaying and standing up to wicked relatives. It's worth the read and the jaunt into fantasy land because no real man could be as exceptional as Cole. He is magnificent and they each give their hearts to each other in ways that will leave you wanting that in real life. If only...

A first for me by this author, I honestly had no idea what I was getting myself into. Obviously I had the synopsis and, but lets face it the title of this novel was the kicker for me. So I one clicked and away I went.Guys what an absolute ripper of a read. It’s all kinds of cheeky, risque, sinfully delicious and all things erotic. But what I absolutely loved about this novel was between all the sexiness and deliciousness was a gripping story of depravity that had me wanting more.A novel about evil and the trail of destruction monsters leave behind. A novel about wanting the very people that are set to destroy punished for their sins. A novel about finding light amongst the torture and hurt these evil humans set to continually destroy.Cole and Hailey’s story was for me one of pure perfection.Strangers to one another, but yet soon become so much more.Two people drawn together by the evil that one calls family.Two people, one with so many secrets, and one wanting to reveal them.Two people both wanting to find happiness.Two people wanting to trust when trust is broken.Two people, one a socialite, one a protector.Cole and Hailey. This is their story.I loved everything this novel encompassed and I highly recommend this to anyone to read. I do warn that some of the subject matter for me was gut wrenching in nature, but don’t let that deter you from picking this novel up.A gem of a read.5 stars

In this scorching story, originally a 3 part serial now released as one full novel, we are introduced to Hailey and Cole and their love/hate relationship. Told in first person point of view alternating between them, we learn that Cole works for a public relations/security agency that has been hired to provide protection for Hailey's wealthy society family, prone to scandal (though she herself has managed to stay out of the limelight). Hailey resents Cole's necessary intrusion into her life, the more so because they share a sexual chemistry that lights her up even though she hates that he's part of her life. It's a no win situation for both of them so giving into their baser feelings and getting them out of the way seems like the best option if they're going to be stuck with each other anyway.I'm a big fan of the forbidden love, enemies to lovers type tropes so I expected a lot from this story and I was thrilled with how it turned out! Cole is a good boy hiding in a bad boy's skin, and this internal conflict made him a very engaging and dynamic hero. He wants Hailey but he knows he shouldn't have her. Hailey too was a fun character, thumbing her nose at society's expectations of her (and at Cole in the process for having to be her security shadow). Together they are like oil and water, clashing until they find just the right thing to meld them together - sex. The scenes between them are HOT! Hailey's family and Cole's work associates make up the secondary characters in the story, driving the plot and the motivations for their actions.As the story progresses, the sex becomes more meaningful as their feelings for each other deepen. There's a secondary suspense subplot, one that leads in a dark and dangerous direction. I really like how Hailey's character developed over the course of the story , in particular her realization that she is a strong woman and her willingness to stand up for herself and do what needs to be done. The other team members of the Horus group have some good setups happening for future stories and I'll definitely be looking out for those. Overall, this was a super sexy and riveting read, with some action and suspense to counter the romance and make the whole story very entertaining. 4.5 stars.

The sort out rich people's problems .There is another group in the background that the group seen to answer to.The first time Cole & Hailey meet the attraction is instant , but they stay away from each other . The second time neither of them could stop it, even though they tried. There was no fighting it, they were made for each other.With family betrayal right around the corner Cole will do anything to protect Hailey from the truth & from harm .Such a great story, had me booked

I loved this book, I was invested in these characters from page 1. They were well written and the plot was interesting, I even enjoyed the plot twist, which i'm not usually a fan of. For me personally, I did not love the addition of Hailey's parents, I get why they were added in terms of plot but they added nothing for me.Overall, I enjoyed the book immensely and it was nice to read a full length book that did not end on a cliffhanger.

I intended to wait until this collection came out but I couldn't I broke all my rules reading the books individually but I wasn't a bit sorry I loved them, even my dislike of cliffhangers couldn't hold me back and what cliffhangers they are as well.If you've not read these books then this collection is incredible value if like me you've already read them then I'm not sure it's worth the extra although it's nice to have the whole collection together.The extras scenes: one is just a sex, I say 'just' because that's all it is but it is a very hot scene, the next one is beautiful and if you've been a huge fan of this series then it's probably worth the 99p for this scene alone.I'll certainly be looking out for the next book which I believe is 'Dirty' a prequel to Wilsons 'Dirty Love' but I'm in this for the long haul so however they come I'll be reading them.Part One:Cole Parker is ex Navy SEALs and along with his three partners has formed The Horus Group, a crisis management team working with the rich and famous.Hailey Reid, her family is rich but she's trying to live her own life but no matter how hard she tries she always gets sucked back into the family drama, like now, it's her sister who's on tape giving a blow job to the Vice President and yet the press are hounding Hailey and just like their family drama six months ago Cole Parker and The Horus Group are on the case.This book had a bit of everything the characters are fabulous I loved both Hailey and Cole, the story is interesting, it's also HOT and I do mean hot and the cliffhanger...wow. In fact I'm struggling to find something I didn't like, well apart from the title of course and I t's so much more than the title, I'm just glad I didn't just pass this by which if I'm being honest was my first thought.Part Two:This book picks up where the previous one left off, I assumed this one would be taken up with the previous cliffhanger but that was actually sorted out fairly quickly and then this book goes in a whole different direction.We also get a glimpse of the bigger picture but nothing could have prepared me for the ending to this one, I really didn't see that coming.Cole is still hot, I love him and Hailey together and I can't wait for the third and final book.Part Three:I originally passed this series by since I didn't like the title and if I'm being honest I wasn't expecting much, loads of sex, cliffhanger and not much story, but then a friend reviewed it and loved it which made me check it out and wow was I surprised.The last book ended on a huge cliffhanger and this book picks straight up from there, I'm not going to say anymore about the story because I don't want to inadvertently give anything away.This book is different to the previous two, it's a little softer and my first thought was that it wasn't as good but I don't think that's true it just wasn't quite what I was expecting, we see a different side to Cole, there's also a couple of surprises and some very well written very hot sex, I love both Cole and Hailey and really wanted things to work out for them, like I said this series was a surprise and so much more than I originally expected and I can't wait to continue on because while this is the last book with Cole and Hailey in the spotlight The Horus Group will continue on and I since I also love Jason, Tag and Wilson I'm now just left waiting for the next book.

I've got to say this is way up there as one of my favourite adult romance/erotic fiction books (and I get through quite a lot!!)The main characters Cole and Hailey are brought together as Cole works for Hailey's family and is a bad boy who knows he should stay away from the sweet-natured Hailey. She, however, is attracted to this bad boy and keen to see if the feeling is mutual. The sexual tension simmers until they can resist each other no more and that's when the sparks start to fly!!!The sex is super hot and I felt that I needed to stick my head in the freezer to cool down at times!! However what made the book into a 5-star read was the fact that there was an exciting storyline and there were twists and turns to keep us holding our breaths hoping that everything turned out well. Lets face it, there is no way that any girl would want to lose Cole!I hope Ainsley Booth has more books lined up to write or written as I want more from her....maybe there are stories to be told about the other guys at The Horus Group??

4 hot and steamy stars!, I have to say this book had some of the hottest sex I've ever read!, Cole you are dirty, but having said in Hayley you found your partner, not only in love, life but also in the bedroom, this couple sizzled. Loved the dialogue between the pair, the underlying attraction and the alternate POV.This book was much more than I thought it would be, there was a really gripping underlying story with Hayley's family that had you engrossed with what happens next. The group of men that Cole works with sound intriguing but also complex so I know when their stories come out they will be riveting. Good set of books this and I'm thankful it was in the one volume. Looking forward to reading more.
