No Customer Support & Smells Bad
Contacted Kas Rugs asking where the rug was manufactured. Received no reply. Unfortunately, we purchased the rug anyway. Rug arrived and when opened smelled like something rotting. It has been airing outdoors for several weeks but the odor is still strong. Will be going into the garbage today.
