The teflon glass on this gas stove broke before even 1 year of using this stove. The customer care executive abused when asked for assistance and spoke in a very disrespectful way. Worst customer care experience. Even the customer care of any worst company is better than Glen’s customer care. The lady from customer care did not even bother to answer any questions or listen to the complete problem and asked us my mom to email to which my mom responded that she didn’t know how to email the customer care executive told her very rudely that this is none of our business and you figure it out on your own. She cut the call abruptly after abusing. Disgusting behaviour and worst experience. NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO EVER BUY GLEN PRODUCTS.

Using is for a while.Looks good.Decent fit-finish and quality.No issue with glass, knobs, plumbing, steel parts, plastic parts etc.No loss of color. No perforation etc. No warpage of parts due to heat. No rusting. No pitting etc.Needed to convert is from LPG to CNG (nozzle change). No issue and done by CNG installation guy.(care... after usage let the top glass cool down before cleaning it with wet wipe or water)

dimensions mentioned in product description do not match with actual product. actual dimension are approximately 50x55cm and not 45x72 cm as advertised for this model. Please take special note of this so that you may decide better according to space available to you. Though product is working ok , so we did not bother to return .

It's a beautiful stove.. easy to use.. looks sturdy.. compact.. will review again after few mnths of usage.

First, the cons - I was wanted to buy for use on PNG. The product description did inform of it's set up for LPG but also of the facility of converting to PNG. I also checked with Glen customer care and they confirmed it for a small charge. After receiving it, I requested Glen CC for conversion on 10 Aug. Nothing happened for 4 days. Then I get a call from Glen informing that since I bought from Amazon, I should contact them only as they service only the buys from stores. Despite my reminding of their promise they didn't turn up. Under compulsion, I had to call a local help to do this. Glen need to tighten up their CC facility.Now the product. Absolutely A1. Beautiful looks, functionally well designed and sturdy build. But expensive. Didn't want to buy much cheaper imported option, hence went for it.
