Size, thick padding, comfortable, sturdy, could not say enough excellent things about this mat.

I've had a smaller Airex mat for over ten years. I recently decided to upgrade to this larger sized one. It is truly exceptional. It is of sufficient thickness to provide support for any floor workout routine. The extra width allows for greater lateral movement. Worth every penny.My only qualm is as others note, one side has a heavy layer of 'dust'. I place that in quotation marks because its not dust as in particles but a dust like film that requires a fairly belabored cleaning before using. The mat is new, it just seems that it/they may be stored somewhere where they accumulate develop this coating on one side. Not a reason not to purchase, but something to be aware of in advance.

Thick and wonderful. I can workout or stretch with ease. I have wood floors and it’s been perfect. If your doing an intense workout on wood or slick floors, I recommend using a no slip rug mat underneath.
