I am extremely picky about my food. I absolutely hate fake sugar taste and when replacement meals try to make their item taste like fruit or whatever and it tastes horrible. This is really GOOD! It tastes like caramel. It mixes well in my ball mix cup. It is not chalky. It has a slight creamy texture. I only have 2 issues with it. My biggest issue is that the container says 2net carbs. I use a tracker and I scanned it, it actually has 6 carbs. You have to use 2 scoops for 8 oz of water for 1 serving. 1 serving is 6 carbs. My second issue is that the giant container is only half filled. I recieved it yesterday after I ate my last meal so I decided to use this as my first meal after fasting. (I also use a fasting app. I fast from 7pm until 1pm). Anyway I was really looking forward to a full co trainer and I opened it this afternoon and it is half full.

One thing to look at when purchasing any of these products is to see how many servings there are in a container then divide that by the cost. This will give you the true cost per serving. Using the per ounce cost can be deceptive because servings can be from 8-14 per container. Good value here.

I loved it the first time I bought it. It blended well and tasted great even with water, and because it was 250 calories it was perfect for lunch (I try to stay between 200 and 300 calories for lunch meals). I bought it again because of those facts only to see that Keto Logic has decided to charge the same price for a smaller product. I still had the container from the first purchase and noted the net weight was 31.0 ounces with 20 total servings at 250 calories and 10 grams of protein. Looking at the container I see I've been short changed because it is now 25.2 ounces; still 20 servings but the calories are reduced to 180 and only 8 grams of protein. Same price, less product by a whopping 5.8 ounces. My bad for not looking at the net weight of the container. So this is my last purchase from Keto Logic. I can understand a slight price increase, but to decrease the weight and charge the same is a rip off. It's a sneaky way of fooling people into buying their regular product and hoping they don't notice they're getting less. It's a great tasting product but by a company that I won't bother with. Glad I didn't subscribe for auto delivery. But if you don't have an issue with the shrinkflation and just care about taste, then go ahead because it mixes great and has a good taste. Also, upon opening I noticed the smell was "off" ; my original container had a lovely milk chocolate smell and the new container smells like chocolate and cheese. The powder is also much darker, tastes about the same but seems less rich. So to recap: shrinkflation =less product, same cost, but despite the darker powder and weird chocolate cheese smell it tastes about the same.

Taste good and it works especially if you can get it on sale

I purchased this product first at GNC in my neighborhood. They look no longer carry it at that store and I had to get it from them by mail. When I found it on Amazon I was able to set up a subscription to have it come in in the timeframe that I wanted it to come in. It would’ve been better if I could’ve ordered it so I could get different flavors but apparently Amazon is not that advanced yet. The product is exceptional for me since I am trying to lose weight and I am a diabetic. This meal replacement usually used at night. It keeps me satisfied till I fall asleep even though I am hungry when I get up in the morning. The low carbs and sugar make it a healthy product for any diabetic that is serious about keeping healthy, especially during this life-threatening pandemic
