Amazing product!!!!! Had ordered them for my virtual College Farewell celebration and I was very happy with the quality and the size!It fits 21 year adults easily and sits on your head in style!

Poor quality
It hardly stayed on my son’s head. Kept slipping off since there was no string/elastic to hold it in.

The fabric is shiny polyester. The square part is of cardboard cover with the black piece of polyster fabric. One disadvantage of the cardboard is that it can get bend giving cap bad shape. The cap is bit slippery on head but it's ok. A belt is given to secure the cap. Overall it is nice not that bad.
