You take two pills in the morning and about an hour, hour and a half to the most your wide awake and full of energy and able to concentrate. I love this stuff. I don't feel jittery. I have only taken it for about the past 5 days I take it about 7:30am every morning. One morning I forgot and didn't take it until 11am. And it didn't have the same effect as it had the other days.The next day I took at my usual time and I was back to feeling good again. There is no crash at the end of the day when your tired your just tired. I do feel I'm more active and eating less.
