I like the product and have used it before. The problem was the shipping. It was not wrapped in any plastic and it leaked all over the rest of my order. As a result, a considerable amount of the shampoo was lost. not good since it is expensive. Anything liquid should be wrapped.

This hair product works great!

This conditioner smells awesome and left my hair silky and soft and so easy to detangle. Can’t speak for the silver yet as my hair is still wet but I don’t even really care cause my hair feels so nice lol will definitely be buying the other products to match

Pretty silver color (hair White)

I've only used it twice, and my thick/coarse hair likes it alot. I have tried some very expensive shampoos all the way down to drugstore brands and this is THE BEST so far. My hair (though short) can have many bad hair days and this shampoo was an instant hit for me. Very manageable even without conditioner. If you want to conserve your color (mine is ash blonde over the brassy golden shade) and not see those brassy/yellow tones come through, I recommend this. So far so good. I'll update again in a week or two.

It smells great. Makes your hair feel nice. But I wouldn’t say it’s a huge toner for blondes

My stylist suggested this brand for my graying hair. While it does a nice job of gently cleaning my hair, there are other brands I've tried that do more to enhance the silver and tone down brassiness.

Made my hair shine and the color blends the grey really , I was doing hair back when they were doing fancy full , we come a long way
