If you treat plastic devices with care they are usually OK.This fan is very quiet, a nice range of speeds, used in a bedroom during the long 40C heatwave in UK this summer.Its fine performs well and looks smart.

Only fan you'll ever need!Bit pricey but low 19w rating and range of speeds means this is the only fan you'll ever need.I usually used 3 fans of different sizes for winter / Autumn Spring / Summer as I like a fan running all year round in my bedroom. However, with this fan, 1 is virtually no air movement right up to 10 which is powerful although turbo (unsure if time limited) is very powerful. The fact this fan can deliver such a range of speeds means you don't need any other fans as it can duplicate right down to tiny USB fans, through 12 inch fans right up to powerful 18 inch fans meaning this is the only fan you ever need.Further, given it's rated for just 19W (that must be turbo as the PSU doesn't allow more), you can sleep tight knowing it's not costing a fortune and presumably on the lower speeds is only using a couple of watts which potentially makes it cheaper to run than either medium and small conventional fans. You really can't lose therefore. All speeds / airflows covered and for such low wattage, having other fans simply doesn't make sense!

I looked at other fans and read there reviews before I decided to pull the trigger on this one and oh boy I am very happy with the purchase I was specifically looking for a quiet and sturdy fan, after putting it together and switching it on nothing prepares you for how quiet this fan is

Was hoping this would be silent but not quite.As a fan it’s very good compared to my previous loud generic model but using its lowest 1&2 values at night which was my use case, the motor resonates in the plastic housing that creates a low frequency noise much higher in volume than the air pressure/spinning blades. Not a dealbreaker but noticeable to me so the search continues for a true silent fan!

I particularly like the temperature sensor - drops the speed of the fan right down when the room has cooled. Also the timer was handy, set it for an hour or longer so no need to have it on all night

After reading a few reviews I decided to get one and I am really pleased I did the fan is really good and it's the quietest fan I've had and would recommend it

This fan is well worth the money, very quiet, remote is super helpful! Love it
