Great piece of kit
Good quality works as it should. Hinges and locking mechanism are smooth and quiet. It took me a while to figure out how to install could use a little manual. But after a little gander works like charm easy to paint too10/10 would buy again

Really impressed with the quality of this hatch. Latches are strong and the finish is great.Will definitely buy again for the next job.

Excellent Product
The product is excellent. It looks really smart in place and was the ideal solution to the problem we had of getting access into a staircase bulk head with service pipes within serving a basin above.Huge problem however was DPD that delivered it... eventually, after lots and lots of fuss and about 3 1/2 to 4 hours on calls, instant chat and emails to DPD and eventually Amazon that actually sorted the issue.Had it not been for the DPD incident it would be a solid 5 stars. The hassle had should dictate no stars but the product is that good have awarded it 3 as a balance.Not sure about the rest of the world but DPD are awful for me at every address. We constantly have to chase up missing and late items. I suggested to Amazon that where suppliers use DPD or other couriers other than Amazon it should be highlighted on the listing so that customers have the choice of whether to order and take the risk of shocking delivery or buy elsewhere

Very happy with purchase
Fitted last week. Works perfectly to hide a ceiling mounted bathroom extractor fan. Glued some Kingspan PIR insulation to the rear side and the fan is almost unheard. The clips on the hinges lid work perfectly and received decorations the same as the adjacent plaster ceiling. The joints are consistent around the perimeter and the whole thing feels positive.The hatch lid can be seen between the pull chord and the rear wall.

Looks good but not as pictured
The access panel looks good, the item I received is not as pictured. There is no hinge which is clearly shown in the picture, instead there are some tabs and a wire to hold it.
