Zero complaints. Super slick surface. BUT, to fry eggs you DO need a little butter. Other than that, it's great for cooking and clean-up. Also very attractive with the color and the gold colored handle and the convenient helper handle, which really comes in handy when serving. See through cover is a plus, as well.I expect the durability to be excellent as long as we avoid scratching the surface by doing something dumb!Lightweight. Like that it's both oven-safe and dishwasher-safe and also does not have teflon which can emit toxic fumes if overheated.

I liked this pan so much that I purchased a second one. It’s a breeze to cook with and cleans beautifully. Sure, it got a scratch, but it does not effect the functionality of the pan at all.

I really love the look of this pan. The nonstick on this pan was amazing for the first 2 weeks. Despite using soft, non-abrasive sponges to clean and only using silicone utensils, the non-stick has already worn off. With this wearing off, I alsi worry about what chemicals are seeping into the food. Again, at first I was really impressed. Returning.

Love how easy it is to use and clean - lightweight, nonstick, not anxious about PFAS. But, it's really easy to chip. Crack an egg on the side - chip! Paper towel holder falls over it - deep chip! It's a great pan to use for cooking but wish it were less prone to chipping!

Surrounded by my Calphalon, my Pot Shop Boston French Chef omelet pan and Wusthof/Henckels knives I wanted to hate this pan. It just struck me as a “As seen on TV” type of product But I can’t help but love it.I read the consumer reports accolades and decided to take a chance. Never did I think I would use it as much as I do. The pictures attached show me cooking two eggs with two slices of pepper jack casually thrown into the pan. Forget carefully placing omelet ingredients on a bed of eggs. I can even turn it cheese side down to melt and mix the cheese.It is not perfect for everything, but it has earned it way into my heart.

The pans cook evenly and NOTHING sticks to them. I lost count of how many non-stick pans I’ve bought that didn’t work. These pans do not stick and they are extremely easy to clean. I gave all my other pans away. Worth the investment.

I’ve placed 3 recent orders with GreenPan, none of which were packaged well. My first order was a set of 2 that came with damage to the rim of the larger pan. Because of poor packing, the smaller pan rubbed the finish off of the larger one during transport. I returned that set and reordered it. Luckily, the second set arrived in good shape despite similarly poor packaging. My third order was for this 12 in lidded pan. At first I thought it was fine. It arrived in the most padded packaging of the 3 orders. Unfortunately there’s a nick on the outer rim of this one. I don’t know if the pictures show this well. It’s small but sharp enough to draw blood. I was tempted to keep it and try to sand the sharpness down but for $100 dollars, I’ll go through the frustration of sending it back and trying again.Why try again? The pans themselves are great. So far, I have really enjoyed cooking with them. I love the nonstick surface and they are really beautiful. If you are lucky enough to receive undamaged pans, they actually do feel well made.My experience with these purchases have left me with the impression that GreenPan cared enough to make a great product but not enough to insure that it was stored and packaged properly in order to get it to the consumer in good condition. Such a shame.

Very pleased by the build quality of this pan. My parents have had Greenpan nonstick pans for years and they still look just like new, so I splurged on this one. The nonstick is very slippery, the lid lets me steam food, cleanup is very easy. I've used this for pancakes, eggs, and sauces. Was lucky enough to find an open-box warehouse deal for half price and the pan was in new condition.

Had a smaller one of this type. It’s non stick is perfect for omelettes. This one is great too. Gets even heat, right to the edges.

The pan itself is nice, however due to very flimsy and poor packaging, the pan is damaged and lopsided on the left side. And therefore the lid doesn’t fit properly. It is not a cheap pan I paid almost $200 for it, hence giving it 1 star as I am so disappointed for being awaited a long time for the pan to come.

These attractive pans are lovely to cook with, cleanup incredibly easily, and are very pretty, as well.They do not require high heat to brown nicely.
