LIFESAVER - Best biotin supplement!
I've been bleaching and coloring my hair crazy colors the past few years, so it's been through the ringer for sure. I also noticed that my hair was thinner and I had more fallout than before. I purchased BE Biotin after a recommendation from a friend and I am so glad I did! I purchased it a while ago, but only started using it a few months ago when I decided I was done being so mean to my hair. I'm working to get my hair back to what it used to be and I've noticed that my new hair growth is thicker and stronger. I don't see as much hair in the shower drain or in my hairbrush. My hair grows pretty fast so I noticed the difference pretty quickly. Just remember that this will only affect the new hair that hasn't grown yet, so don't expect it to do anything for the hair you already have. You have to take this, let your hair grow and trim the damaged ends as you go. This is definitely a winner!!

Really works
This really does help your hair to stay on your head. Due to illness mine was getting thin...I have been using it nowfor a couple of months and my hair really is healthier and stopped falling out with each wash - which is always scary.

Finished the bottle and didn't notice any difference greater than a cheaper biotin supplement the bottle it comes in is really nice though.
