Great, but doesn’t work well with deeper filters
This WDT tool is easy to use and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. It comes with brushes after use and a good amount of distributed needles. You can adjust the depth, but only so much. The one flaw is that it can’t go super deep when you are trying to break up clumps in your grind. I use an IMS Precision basket and it cannot get to the bottom of the portafilter, which causes a good amount of channeling. Its a decent WDT tool, but the manual ones might be the better/cheaper option.

Improved my shots
Overall positive results. The only thing I don't like is the lack of any connection to the portafilter when using. I assumed there would be a lip on the bottom that would engage the inside 58mm rim of my basket. It just sits on the rim. You have to align it in the proper position & then hold it there while you lower the prongs. You then rotate the handle to make the grounds uniform. A little awkward, but I seem to be getting more consistency in my shots.

Utterly defective and poorly designed
The needles do no go far enough into the puck for this tool to actually do anything. It’s a complete waste of time and money.

Very useful and you can see the difference of your espresso immediately
Very useful and you can see the difference of your espresso immediately . It makes the coffee evenly distributed and the coffee cream becomes thicker

Worthless
wasted coffee trying to get this to work, and I really wanted it to work for me. 10+ years experience making espressos on professional machines. Main problem with it is that in the 53 mm size, the needles can't reach close to the bottom of the PF even when adjusted to do so. This allows the bottom half of the PF to have all kinds of gaps and cause it to squirt in every direction when pulling a shot. 2nd issue is that is slides when seated on top of the PF as it does not have a neck that allows it to sit evenly.
