Item arrived on time as usual. It was well packed only thing is im missing the usb cord. its okay though as it is the same as my normal printer. The main thing about this thermal printer as you can see in the picture is that it allows me to print high quality images, well in my case shipping labels. It prints very fast as well not like my conventional printer which takes a few minutes and more importantly its inkless so this will save me a lot.

I spend most of my time trying to straighten the paper out each time as it gets stuck with the loader. Wasting so much sticker labels and wish I never bought this is as it's a headache. Looking to buy another one just to save a massive headache as never known anything so messy.

I have followed the steps to install this printer so many times I no longer need the instruction on how to do it. The computer will not accept the printer as a printer I have tried everything, and do not believe any reviews that say the customer service is top notch as you never get a response from them. This printer has been returned and I will try a different brand.

Opened it up looked great added labels and wasted about 100 trying to print the same label. I could only get this machine to print a full label in landscape mode otherwise it would just start to print eat the label back up and think its completed. Absolute rubbish got this as a gift for xmas and cant return.

Spend all day trying to set it up and got nowhere, the Manuel seems to be outdated. I’ve never been more frustrated in my life trying to set this thing up. I am returning this printer and getting a different one.

Only criticism is loading paper could be easier. Doesn’t grab the paper every time

The media could not be loaded.  I almost returned this printer, let's discuss.First, I bought this for using with my MAC laptop to print shipping labels. Install driver was smooth, I was able to easily locate the printer in "Printers & Scanners" located in MAC "Systems Preferences". I changed my print settings on Browser to match the correct print settings and paper size (4 x 6" or 100*150mm) recommended in the manual.Once setup was done I attempted to print a shipping label but print blank. I spent hours checking settings troubleshooting but still print nothing.I was so frustrated by this point, When I realized "Maybe it's a bug. Let me try to reset the printer to factory settings." The USB Disk contains a "Printer tools" software, I reset the printer and add the printer again, then everything suddenly worked.If your printer has the same problem as me, don't give up, try to reset the printer to factory settings, maybe everything will be fine! I hope my experience can help others setting up the printer easier.Currently, this L1081 printer now works brilliantly, printing clearly&fast. I'm so grateful to have this professional shipping printer, It prints my shipping labels perfectly, recommend.

When ibgot thia product i fumbled around initially being that it was my first thermal printer. It printed then seemed to stop working and i got frustrated. I managed to get a hold of their customer service via whatsapp and realized that i was the one making the errors. The tech also gave me other tips to improve print formatting so to better center on the page. The product works well and i would recommend it. Be sure to save the customer service number so you can reach out quickly and save yourself wasted time and frustration as they are very patient and helpful.

I'm not going to lie, this was difficult for me to set up and I'm a bit of a techy person who loves troubleshooting. Not sure if it was system compatibility or what but if you have trouble DON'T GIVE UP! Message their Whatsapp number! They responded really quickly and worked with me to fix the issue. Super helpful and kind. Now the printer works great, and for the price was definitely worth it. For what it's worth, it's also a lot slimmer than it looks in the pictures.

I thought this would be a good printer for the price as it was a comparable cost to similar models. The reviews were mostly good but if you look more closely they almost all complain about the difficult set up. The instructions do not match the installation. They show a driver window after connecting to the computer but no driver window ever showed up on my computer. The packaging also includes a USB stick that is mentioned nowhere in the instructions. When plugging it in the included files did not work. Other reviews mention how helpful the customer service was on Whatapp was. I was only able to get through to one of the included numbers with no immediate response. After i finally got through to someone they had no real suggestions except to download a third party website that would allow the tech to remote access my computer and try and find out why my printer could not be installed. At this point i closed the chat and decided to initiate a return. If you are not computer savvy I would highly suggest not buying this printer. The instructions were no help and the tech was not much better. I ended up buying a similar style printer which works through bluetooth and an App on my phone. I was printing labels within 30 minutes after wasting hours with this printer.

At first the driver wasn't working well so I contacted the whatsapp support. I walked the dog. When I came back they had sent screenshots of the fix. I did the software reset and in two minutes I was printing labels. No more printing on 8.5 x 11 and taping labels to packages. For the price, this is high value and the support people were on this in minutes. Not many companies can say that.
