I use it as card stock. But technically I don’t think it is. It’s not quite as thick, and it has a much finer surface than card stock, which is why I prefer it for making home-drawn greeting cards. Works better in my printer also.

Q: Is this matte or glossy?

This is cover paper so it is heavier and slightly smoother than regular copy paper, but it is not glossy like photo paper. You would use this for the cover of a report or booklet.

Q: Can you print on both sides?

I printed on both sides of the paper and had no problems. I used my Canon Imageclass. It is a laser printer.
