As advertized and very bright
This is perfect for throwing out if I have to walk my dogs when it's getting dark.I adapted the two "arm bands" by adding some extra velcro so that they fit around the necks of my two labradors, so now we are visible in the dark :).I think the yellow is more visible than the black and I'm glad that I chose that.

Bought this set just for me. Use the 'collars' on my wrists. Clip on the end of shoulder belt holds keys, flashlight, umbrella, whatever. Size adjustable from tiny to large

Good idea.
This works well while walking the dog or biking in the dark. It is less tacky than a reflective vest but keeps you visible enough.
