I believe this is mostly about intentions. As if your target can be anywhere and with the information you have on them still be able to effect them. If you work from home I dont see how it wouldnt work. If you have personal information about your employer a name and last name. If you've been there long enough and they've told you their bday. If you know a phone number or addy even email addy works too. A business card they've given you or even a description of what they look like. With hoodoo it's not extremely technical it's very forgiving and you can use what you got and get results. I have time and time again for years now and this oil I have seen results. I've gotten results with just a name and I've even got results from spirit powder and no name or first name only but like I said it's about intentions. You can place it on papers they touch, on cards they've given, on candles with inscriptions, on paper petitions. You could wear it and have a talk with them. Happy casting/throwing. Hi guys, how  can I use this if my boss works from home and I can’t put it on the keyboard or on the chair ?

You could use it on a business card if you can get one with their name on it. You could write a petition with their first and last name and your intentions with the oil on it. If you had a bday that's great too but not necessarily needed with hoodoo it's very welcoming and open to working with what you have. Even a photo with no glasses or hats on can be anointed and used also. The best description even works it's your intentions that matter most, the universe your guides can do the rest. You can still do work on someone without them touching it i.e. headwork with skull candles, and poppers work also. The sky really is the limit on what and how you can use these oils you can also write down have a journal to document what works best for you.

What color candle to use with boss fix oil so what my boss and workers like me?

White is universal you can't go wrong with white. If your doing controlling you would like to use black or purple. For sweeting the situation you could use pink.
