Q: Can I order lids for the pans that don't come with one in the 14-piece cookware set?

The single pan I bought from them came with a lid as shown in the photos, Solid pans good lid. The handle and the lid knob does get hot but it does so with other pans .

Q: What is the size of the bottom of the pan?

Due to the sloping sides, the available flat cooking area in the bottom of this 8" / 20cm frying pan is only a very disappointing 6" / 15cm. It should also be noted that it isn't manufactured from the appropriate grade of Stainless Steel, being only 18/8 when 18/10 is needed for evenness of heat distribution and rapid response to and increase or reduction of heat. Finally, the handle is solid, with no hole for hanging it on a hook.

Q: Is the handle metal or plastic ?

Handle has no hole for hanging it on a hook, and it's not ergonomically designed, plus the whole pan is manufactured from inferior 18/8 stainless when 18/10 is essential for even and rapid heating and cooling during cooking. The phrase "chocolate teapot" comes to mind

Q: Are they non stick? And induction hob compatible?

I've got a gas hob but the description does state that they are compatible with induction hobs. The pans are stainless steel and they are not non stick.
